Each time I contact you I get a new case number with zero continuity of service. Basic troubleshooting steps have failed, and the cameras were already set to “best battery life”… If I can even update my case #’s without receiving error messages from your website, the responses I get days later are useless. Two out of three of my cameras are consistently dying after 2-3 days on a fully charged battery. I’ve been trying to get support for my Pro 4 spotlight cameras for about a month now.
